After being inspired by a similar fundraising campaign, Rory McCarty used the popularity of his TikTok account to support US veteran and Walmart cashier, Warren Marion, who was working long shifts. "I was astounded seeing this little older man still grinding. Working eight to nine hour shifts," Rory said. He wanted to help him do what he loves to do. Rory posted a video about Warren on his TikTok and started a GoFundMe campaign. Within days, he had reached his goal with donations still coming in. Thanks to Rory and all the donations, Warren has been able to quit his job. He also plans to pay off his house and travel to Florida to see his children.
