A viral TikTok video showcased Billy cutting the hair of a 4-year-old named Justice, who was crying and uneasy during the process. However, Billy remained patient, used a personalized approach, and successfully completed the haircut, earning appreciation from Justice's father, Jahod Carson, and viewers worldwide. Parents of children with sensory disorders expressed their gratitude, stating that such understanding and accommodating barbershops are essential for their kids' comfort and well-being. “It’s not easy for the parents who have to go through this every day with their kid,” said Justice's father. “We need more resources, we need more help -- so does every other kid and parent of a kid with autism.”
