"Brave. Courage. Hope. Fighter. Heart. Survivor. Strength. Love." These are the words 7-year-old Tyler Cepkauskas of Illinois wrote on the hospital gown he designed with his 4-year-old sister, Emily, in mind. Since Emily was a baby, she has had multiple heart surgeries. Her big brother Tyler was able to lift her spirits every time. When he saw the contest for a kids' hospital gown, Tyler knew he had to enter. He wanted to win so that his sister could carry the words he said to her before every operation even when he couldn't be there.
