It opened three new locations this year. In Wales, Benthyg Cymru runs a network of more than two dozen libraries, and Edinburgh’s Tool Library offers thousands of options. It is one of a range of services that let people rent rather than buy such things as childrens’ clothing and toys, new mother Laura Whateley explains.
