“It’s a bag of flour,” nine-year-old Ivy Zhao announced as her Grade 4/5 class at Connaught Heights Elementary in New Westminster picked up donations for the school’s annual food collection drive. All eight classes fanned out to homes and businesses over roughly 20 square blocks.
