Keoni Ching, an 8-year-old in Vancouver, Wash., decided to do something special for Kindness Week at his school. Inspired by a football player who recently donated $27,000 to cover student lunch debt, Keoni decided to raise money for that very same issue at his school. The boy decided to make and sell keychains. I love keychains," he said. "They look good on my backpack. Once word of his plans got out, people from all over the country started sending their requests for custom keychains. With the help of his parents and grandparents, Keoni made and sold more than 300 keychains and raised $4,015. The money not only paid off all lunch debt at his school, but will help six other schools to clear some of their lunch debt too.
