Since she was nine years old and saw a homeless woman standing outside the grocery store without food, ZaNia Stinson has been helping others in Charlotte, N.C., with her Z Feeds Go-Go Bags. Now 14 and about to start 9th grade, ZaNia has made and given away more than 800 bags of nonperishable food, water and toiletries in the past five years. “I know how it feels to not have food and to not have anywhere to stay,” she said. She just won $3,000 in a "call for kindness" competition and will use it to make more bags after school and on weekends with help from her family, church, school and dance team.
