Jennifer Dowker, a Michigan boat captain, found a bottle with a message inside when diving. The message was from 1926 and says: "Will the person who finds this bottle return this paper to George Morrow Cheboygan, Michigan, and tell where it was found?" Dowker posted pictures of the finding on Facebook, and the post went viral overnight, with more than 100,000 shares and 6,000 comments. On Father's Day, Dowker heard from George Morrow's daughter, Michele Primeau. Primeau had found out about the discovery after a stranger had seen the post on Facebook and tracked down her number. Primeau, who recognized her father's handwriting immediately, thanked Dowker for keeping "her dad's name living on."
