Last month, Minnesota troopers made a critical delivery that helped save a Hutchinson woman's life. Jenapher Blair started bleeding excessively while giving birth to her daughter, Adalyn, but the hospital didn't have enough blood on hand, and the blood she needed was 80 miles away. Five Minnesota State troopers formed a relay between St. Paul and Hutchinson; it took just 65 minutes for them to get the blood to Hutchinson. Doctors said Blair wouldn't have survived if the blood hadn't gotten there quickly. "Thanks to you, my kids still have their mom," Blair said.
