The Thomas family of Somerset County, Pennsylvania, has found a salve for their grief over tragically losing their son and brother, Trevor, to a motorcycle accident at age 21; They have started a random acts of kindness campaign in his honor. Brenda Thomas, Trevor's mother, printed up "acts of kindness" cards and whenever she does a good deed for a stranger, she hands them one of these cards. The cards say, "If you receive this card, then you must be a recipient of a random act of kindness." They include Trevor's name and encourage the recipient to post to social media with #livelikeTrev23, so the family sees the post. A kindness campaign seemed the perfect way to honor their son who was always kind to everyone. "We will keep paying it forward in Trevor's honor because it would make him so proud," said Brenda Thomas.
