Photographer Julia Earhart is an animal lover with two dogs of her own. When Annelise Nearon reached out asking her to photograph her 8-year-old lab-mix who had just been diagnosed with cancer, she didn't hesitate to create a series of portraits that capture the joyful pair doing what they love best. Earhart offers these "end of life" shoots to pets and their humans for free.
