Three Irish brothers who lead one of Britain's largest property firms are supporting an Irish community project that will equip schools in their home county with new technology. Luke, Brian and Billy Comer worked as plasterers in Ireland in the 1980s before coming to Britain and making their fortunes. The plan by Variety the Children's Charity of Ireland, will see every single national school in Galway county receive an upcycled Apple iPad as part of its Heart of Learning Programme. The charity recently sent their ambassador -- Miss Ireland, Pamela Uba -- to St Joseph's National School in Glenamaddy, where the Comer brothers went to school, to present iPads there.
