A new Prague-based internet radio station started broadcasting content tailored to the day-to-day concerns of 300,000 Ukrainian refugees arriving in the Czech Republic. For up to 12 hours a day, Radio Ukraine presents news of Ukraine, along with information for refugees andUkrainian and Western musicevery 15 minutes. Information includes details about where to get necessary documentation, how to find a job, how to get medical treatment, or how to find a place for children at schools. The staff of ten includes people who have fled Ukraine in recent weeks. Staffer Sofia Tatomyr, who has a degree in publishing and media editing, escaped Ukraine just after the war began. This is how I'm cheering myself up, she said. That I'm doing my profession, that I'm doing what I can do the best, and this is the best way I can help our people, I can help Ukraine.
