Thanks to a set of camera traps and a bit of luck, a brown bear was spotted traversing a rugged and sparsely populated area of northwestern Spain -- for the first time in 150 years. Tucked in the depths of Invernadeiro Natural Park in Galicias's Ourense province, images of the animal were captured on cameras set up by a crew shooting the film Montaa ou Morte (Mountain or Death). Although wolves, deer, and wild boars are known to live in the park, brown bears haven't been in the picture for a very long time.
