In Nigeria, tuition at Morit International School is paid for in not cash, but through plastic bottles. "Financially, it removes my worries about having to provide education for her on a stringent budget," says Ijeoma Obiora, a mother who sent her daughter there. In addition to the unorthodox method of payment, children are also encouraged to gather five bottles a day to grow in their awareness in environmental responsibility.
