All Square is an enterprise featuring a staff of formerly incarcerated people. During their nine month fellowship, employees receive a not only a wage, but therapy sessions and professional development support. All Square has provided 48 fellowships and $2.8 million in wages to date. That along with delicious cheddar pickled grilled cheese or mozzarella and Jamaican jerk chicken grilled cheese for its customers.
