Did you know that the Super Bowl is one of the top food waste events of the year, with over 140,000 pounds of surplus food just from official happenings and stadium snacking? Here's Hellmann's to the rescue: they are donating $100,000 to the Food Recovery Network and teaming up to distribute surplus food to The Just One Project in Las Vegas. Regina Anderson, Executive Director of the Food Recovery Network notes, "We all have the power to ensure perfectly good food doesn't go to waste."
