Named the Produce Integrated Cultivation Instrument (PICI), this cutting-edge invention houses seeds within mini pods, providing them with all the essentials they need to sprout. An AI-enabled camera tracks the growth process, permitting the machine to distribute the veggies once they're ready. "It's like a small factory that grows and supplies the produce," says replantin' founder and CEO Guy Elitzur. Promising shorter growth periods than traditional agriculture and a revolutionary take on reducing food waste, these machines are set to make eating healthy just a snack break away!
