A once overgrown urban forest is being converted into a "Peace Park" by the Stillmeadow Community Fellowship in southwest Baltimore. Pastor Michael Martin sees a direct connection between worshiping inside the church with that of meditation and contemplation in the tranquility of nature. "It's a healing forest, but we're going to be healing a community," Martin told the Bay Journal. "There are a lot of people here who suffer from trauma and stress," he said.
