Teacher, Zumba instructor and... superhero? In La Paz, Bolivia, some lucky students have it all. Jorge Manolo Villarroel's virtual classes have been growing in popularity ever since he began dressing as superheroes. This 35-year old teacher starts off his classes with Zumba and plays superhero music to set the mood. Since lockdown, he began making the costumes himself. As many superheroes do, Jorge has a faithful sidekick. His dog Coquito, always present in the class, declines both comment and costume. Education stagnated in traditional moulds," Jorge says. "After the pandemic, everything will change, including education."
