It was aptly described by a young girl Nethra, daughter of a saloon shopkeeper Mohan, through her actions. She has provided groceries to over 1000 needy in Madurai during curfew with the Rs 5 lakh saved by her father for her future. Her compassion and large-heartedness received applause for across the nation. Prime Minister, Modi, besides praising her and her father, appointed her as a Goodwill Ambassador to the UN. She will also speak at the United Nations Association for Development and Peace Conference in Geneva. It drives home the point that more than money, one needs an intention to serve.
