A "float nurse" moves around a hospital from the emergency room to other units and everywhere in between, getting a full view of pandemic patients -- including the inspiring stories of survivors. In the process, float nurse Emily Fawcett realized her fellow nurses in the emergency room don't see enough positive outcomes. So she came up with an idea called the "Hope Huddle" to share with ER nurses the good news she was witnessing. The idea is catching on at other hospitals.
