Ananaya Chaturverdi is a certified Indian classical dancer and journalism student who has made it her mission to teach underprivileged children the art of Kathak dance. Her initiative, NRITYAM started back in 2017 with two students, has grown to 48. Her classes have become an online model during the pandemic. She has been able to continue to reach her students through the WhatsApp app, batch-wise, thus fulfilling the dream of families who could not otherwise afford it.
