In the state of Montana, the Blackfeet Nation Native American tribe reports that 98 percent of its eligible population has been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. Such news comes as a light of hope after the tribe of 10,000 witnessed nearly 1,500 cases and 50 deaths. But hope did not stop there. When they discovered they had surplus vaccines, the Blackfeet Nation graciously shared it with their neighboring tribes and local Canadians, bringing tears of gratitude. "There's light at the end of the tunnel," says Robert DesRosier, the emergency services manager for the Blackfeet Nation.
