A Vietnamese company developed a machine with an active button and a pipe connected to a rice container. The user just presses the button to notify the staff, and 1.5 kilograms of rice are dispensed through the pipe. Nobody needs to show personal ID or any proof of need to use the machine, according to TheSmartLocal.com. It works on a trust system... but just to keep people safe, it is monitored remotely 24/7 by the company's staff.
