With a green exterior painting and a red metal roof, this small house in the town of Srbac, Bosnia carries a special meaning. Designed and built by 72-year-old Vojin Kusic, the house was a "monument of love" for his wife Ljubica. The house itself can rotate full circle so his wife can choose what she wishes to see as she looks out of the windows. Kusic did not attend college, but designed the house anyway using electric motors and the wheels of a military transport vehicle. "After I reached an advanced age and after my children took over the family business, I finally had enough time to task myself with granting my wife her wish," Kusic said. In Bosnian his wife's name means loved one. She declined to be interviewed.
