25-year-old Alice Castro spent four days trying to catch a pet black-and-white rabbit that had been abandoned outside her apartment. She made several attempts to approach, such as feeding it lettuce and carrots, to no avail. After multiple attempts, she finally convinces it to enter into a crate with vegetable treats. Castro contacted several animal rescue organizations and thought to post it on a local yard sale page when she discovered the rabbit had already been abandoned twice. Heartbroken, she took in the furry animal under her care.
