An icy winter storm stranded Jean-Carlo Gachet in his long-haul truck and scores of other drivers on Interstate 95 near Dale City, Virginia. Gachet had food in his truck to last him for three days and spontaneously decided to share it with another driver who had been stuck in the same spot with him since 1 am. One can be sure that the fruit punch and the hot breakfast bowl of bacon, egg and cheese that he microwaved and offered his fellow driver was more than welcome. "It was him and his mother, and both of them were really appreciative," says Gachet. "It was a really nice moment."
