Dog bakery Waggies by Maggie & Friends offers delicious treats to its furry customers and jobs for people with intellectual disabilities. Mariane, one of the founders of the nonprofit, explains that she wants to create opportunities for differently-abled people in the workplace. The business is meant to remain small to assure good treatment of the employees and give them experience for jobs in the future.
