In Singapore, architects Wong Mun Summ and Richard Hassell designed the stunning Park Royal Hotel Pickering, with 15,000 square meters of lofty four-story tall sky-gardens, reflecting pools, waterfalls, planter terraces and cascading vertical greenery. Inside, it offers plant-based meal options on the restaurant menus and uses biodegradable napkins and potato starch straws.
