Princeton University will be providing financial aid for students whose annual family income is less than $100,000. These students will not need to pay for anything with regard to tuition, room, board, and other direct higher education costs throughout their four years at the university. Families whose annual income exceeds $100,000 will also receive financial support. The new policy will take effect for all undergraduate starting the fall of 2023. University President Christopher Eisgruber says, "These improvements to our aid packages, made possible by the sustained generosity of our alumni and friends, will enhance the experiences of students during their time at Princeton."
