A twelve year old from Iowa, Arsh Pal is a painter of four years. And counting. He started the art form on his eighth birthday when his mother and aunt gifted the young child canvases and paint. Since then, Pal has sold his paintings to raise money for charities. Two of his paintings were live auctioned for $10,000. He and his family donate the proceedings to charities, such as the St. Jude Children's Hospital. Pal enjoys painting in various themes, from abstract paintings to landscapes to animal portraits. He was one among 182 children to win the Diana Award, an award that recognizing young people who impact the lives of others.
