Tom Enoch is one of the stars of Guinness World Records 2024. The 18-year-old, who lives in Leamington Spa, UK, with his mother, sister Emily, and dog named Cooper, set out to break a total of 21 Guinness World Records titles to celebrate people with Trisomy 21, but has achieved over 24 titles so far. Guinness created a set of classifications for sport, strength and journey records that allow challengers with physical, visual and intellectual impairments to shine. Tom's records are part of the impairment classification. Tom, who has Down syndrome, is training to become a fitness coach and teaches his TomFit fitness classes online five times a week. Patients diagnosed with Trisomy 21 show three separate copies of Chromosome 21 in their cells, while most people have two copies.
