A landscaping company surprised its employees with appreciation bonuses, totaling $28 million. The bonuses went to employees who have been with the company for at least one year. In total, 1,200 employees received bonuses reportedly ranging from $7,000 to $200,000. The CEO explained that he wanted to acknowledge the value of everyone's contributions and added that the money is well-deserved.
