Miriam Sierra was expecting her Amazon package to be delivered as usual, but she got much more than she ordered. Looking at the video later, she was stunned by how the delivery driver went above and beyond. A wind storm had knocked down many of her outdoor holiday decorations; her door was blocked by the mess. Upon seeing this, the Amazon delivery driver looked around and then started putting things back in their places. He cleaned up the whole area, then smiled into the camera and left. Sierra was so moved by his act of kindness that she reached out to Amazon so the employee could be recognized for his good deed. Sierra’s message to the delivery man was “Thank you so much. You went above and beyond. I really appreciated it.”
